Parking Advisory for Chinook Lot - Parking Permit Holders/Parkers

Lot Closure During 2025 New Year’s Eve Event

The Chinook parking lot, located at the corner of 3rd Avenue and E Street, will close at 12:00 a.m. on Wednesday, December 31, 2025. The parking lot is scheduled to reopen on Thursday, January 01, 2026, at 2:00 AM.

If you possess a monthly permit for the Chinook parking lot, we will honor your permit at the Coho parking lot while the Chinook parking lot is closed.

Another parking option for the Chinook and Coho permitholders is our 5th & B Street parking garage. Permit parkers will need to take a garage ticket to enter. When exiting, press the call for help button or call 907-297-4471, then provide the vehicle's license plate number.
