Making Online Payments

In order to make online payments to EasyPark, each customer has their own account, linked to their vehicle. Customers who wish to renew their permits or pay a citation simply need to log in and complete a new purchase. You can even find and print receipts for electronic street meter transactions!

For those who work downtown and make less than $35,000 per year click here to learn more about discounted parking eligibility. For those who are eligible click here to apply for the discount.

You will need to follow the "New Permit Customer" instructions above and include discount program form submissions as part of step 2. Customer Service will then contact you when your submission is approved. You will then be able to log in again to make your purchase.
