Construction Notice: Coho Lot Parking Advisory

Supporting Downtown Progress
EasyPark is excited to support the continued investment and redevelopment happening in downtown Anchorage.
Beginning the week of March 16, 2026, the Coho Parking Lot located at 3rd Avenue and E Street will experience a partial closure to accommodate construction activities related to the 4th Avenue Market Place redevelopment project.
What to Expect:
• Approximately 40 parking spaces on the eastern side of the lot will be temporarily closed. Click for map view.
• This area will be fenced off for construction material staging and contractor parking.
While this adjustment will slightly reduce available parking in the Coho Lot, the work represents positive momentum for downtown revitalization and future economic activity.
